[PD] streamin(13)~

i'm trying to use the streamin13 external from ext13. it seems that pd
finds the external, but has some problem with it. i don't know how i
could fic this:

load_object: Symbol "streamin13_tilde_setup" not found
 streamin13~
... couldn't create


is it right that netsend/netreceive is not for audio? if i want to
receive audio from an external program i need streamio or pipeio. my
test with pipeio where not very successful (it took a lot of cpu time
and is not portable to windows, because windows has no named pipes).

is there an standalone program which could send audio to streamin(13)~
objects? if not, which data is sent to streamin~, how is the protocol /
header?
