[PD] iemlib_t3_lib, iemlib_mp3 error?

interestingly enough, a litte more hacking and I've now got iem- mp3 and
t3_lib working...

Solution: Put the -lib statements on the command line instead of the
.pdrc file.  Typical Random Voodoo trick.  I guess PD is having a
problem parsing .pdrc??
