[PD] caused an exception 10H in module PD.DLL at 0177:10029f11.

hi i keep getting this error with PD when i try to load in a patch with a wav sample whether it be looped or not
sometimes it occurs when i try to open a subpatch (in the same patch as a sample)
looper, groover, smooth loopes qsample etc...all seem to give me this error
