[PD] 0.35 test 5 for Linux only

Hi all,

I've finally got 0.35 test 5 ready (for linux only, sorry.)  There are
two major new features:

1. "graphs" and subpatches are the same thing.  You can "open" a graph
by right-clicking it.  Get properties on a canvas to make it show up as a
graph on its parent.  You can make control panels this way.

2. "data" templates can be changed and the data will conform to the new
data structure.  You can add or rename fields for example.  A new "struct"
object replaces "template" and allows you to name it explicitly so you
don't have to monkey with the canvas name anymore.  The "scalar" object
is gone; scalars are now just "data" and are saved with the patch.

One minor thing which will help windows people when it comes out on MSW:
you can put spaces in paths!  This seems to have been the major problem people
have had running Pd in MSW.

I'm now going to try to improve Linux audio/MIDI support and fix other
problems as noted in "notes.txt" in the source directory...
