[PD] midi write bad file desciptor

hi,

are you by any chance using 0.35test7 with alsa midi (i.e oss
emulation) in linux?

I happen to get the same error, but have not bothered yet to look
for whatever reason it might be.  Just bypassed all the new
read/write code in linux_open_midi() with #if 0...#endif.

It might be something bad with my alsa installation though...
