[PD] howto install motex-externs ?

i just downloaded motex from www.pure-data.org unzipped it and tried to
compile.
really -- the makefile seemed to do nothing, but that is due to the
fact, that everything is already compiled. there is no motex.pd_linux
library-file but there are *.pd_linux files for each external (like it
is with ggee).
to rebuild motex, just do "rm *.pd_linux; make" and it should work fine
