[PD] mjLib - linux build

Hi,

I have added what I think is all the linux stuff to my 
lib so it will build on linux - unfortunately I only 
have telnet access to the box so although I know 
it builds I have no idea if it installs. I would be 
grateful if someone could try it out and let me know:

Sorry about all the anouncements about this library I am 
just working day to day right now - as soon as our baby 
arrives (due last friday) work will stop for a while :-)
