[PD] Using C++ sources for externals

I simply reused the cppextern.[h,cpp] files of the GEM package for my
externals. 
I have just started working on a larger C++ project that should compile for
both max/msp and pd, which is fairly easy. If anyone is interested i could
hand over the respective definition files.
