[PD] Dynamic Loading abstractions, pgmout

Hi, 

can anyone help get me started on GUI stuff for PD - just 
a quick outline of the concepts would be useful - I don't 
know TK either but I have got a vague idea from my 
exploration yesterday. In particular some example code 
that makes a new window (and or frame)  would be useful...
