[PD] problem with audio I/O under Win2k

HI Olaf,

if you can do without sound input, run -noadc (or vice versa, "-nodac".)
Otherwise, try increasing audio buffer size...  I've seen some audio hardware
that just freezes unexpectedly when running full duplex, probably because
the drivers are buggy.  As a last resort, invest $10 in a PCI soundcard...
