[PD] [ann] footils - waveshaper

Some might want to try my Waveshaper patch. It's exploring two waveshaping
synthesis techniques: polynoms and table lookups.

Included are: 

- three new analog style drums.

- "ctlearn": a midi controller-in object, that can learn controllers on the fly 
  and scales them from 0-127 to user supplied values.

- t3_lineseg~: envelope generator build with t3_* objects (as known from
  the list)

It's all packed together in a little pseudo-random music machine, that uses

* Pianoroll
* t3_* from IEMLIB
* plugin~ with Steve Harris' "gverb" plugin (Linux Only)

All this is part of my yet unpublished "footils" collection, a place for
useful but small abstractions. Will have to collect and pack these from the
harddisk and design new webareas before the real publishing.
I just wanted to make the name known ;)
