For day-to-day use, I'm still quite happy with blackbox, but just for fun I
recently tried sWM from http://www.small-window-manager.de

This is a very super-nano-mini-tiny window-manager, but with enough
features to get used to it for longer. It surely would make a great
window-manager for performances. I was really surprised, that things felt
faster using sWM. It doesn't have a real config file, everything is
configured at compile time. 

- From the README:
"sWM needs a minimum of 13840 bytes on your harddisk, depending on your
selected features and configuration."

Here is my "ls -l":

sWM:            12388

Now, that's small ;)
