[PD][announce] new objects: maxlib

I can pass you on some code for a 'comb~' and
'allpass~'  which I wrote a few months ago if you
want, also a 'schroder reverb~', they work fine, let
me know if you want me to send you a copy. I pretty
sure there bug-free!
