[PD] xgroove~ help file .

the issue might be with pd-35-test17 , sometimes i come up with no object
there at all . sometimes it comes up as a comment , other times comes up as
an object with no bounding line but with the inlets and outlets intact .
this seems to depend on the computer i have it installed on .
with the new version of xgroove [0.2.3] , it seems to working ok so far for
me .  i'll keep you updated it on how it goes .
