[PD] PD gui patches

Well, I've been extra bored at work lately so I've been messing around 
with the PD gui. I cleaned up the colored signal patch cord stuff so 
cut/paste works properly and the inlets/outlets appear "on top of" the 
patch cord. I also added patch cord highlighting for delete, so that 
when you mouse over a patch cord and the delete 'X' appears, the patch 
cord you're above turns blue. Also, I added drop shadows to objects, 
messages, and atoms. Unfortunately it slows down editing when you're 
dragging a large group of objects, but it sure looks pretty!
