[PD] Vexing documentation

hi,

vexing is not yet released.  I have put a snapshot build on my web
page some time ago, but since there was no interest, and since
this snapshot became too obsolete, I have removed the page.

It will be released as soon, as there is some documentation.

Btw, the script for converting `man' pages of Pd classes to html
is almost ready.  I have not seen any complaints about the proposed
syntax, strange...
