[PD] buffer size

Hi Martin,

The "block size" is that at  which Pd talks to the audio device(s)...
Pd's own block size is hardwired to 64.  You can specify smaller block
sizes for audio computations using the "block~" object -- in subpatches,
don't put one in a top-level patch.

But the grain of _control_ is always 64...
