[PD] Pd-VST

Hi Tom,

I'm sure that there used to be a vst plugin called pd-auto which allowed midi
control data to be sent via network sockets to pd.
Unfortunately I can't find a URL for the plug-in and no longer have a copy
myself.  Maybe someone else on the list has the URL.
