[PD] ASIO (bug?)

Hi Tom,

I imagine you've already tried "(...pd...) -asio -audiodev 33", yes?
that's the way I thought it should work.  Unfortunately I've NEVER been
able to get any of my machines to work with ASIO at all, so I can't really
test the ASIO feature!
