[PD] long audio files?

hi,

i would like to play a long (~60min) mono audio file with random starting points...
my problem is that audio file size (112mb, 22050hz, mono, pcm)...
i think i need to use compression or read it directly from disk...

any hints ?

ps. i'm using win2k, 1.2Ghz, 256mb, UDMA66-IDE...
