[PD] Error (101)

yep, your loopback IP ( 127.0.0.1 ) must be up
in order to start PD.

all you usually need to do is to start the network service
( something like "/etc/rc.d/init.d/network start" )
then ping 127.0.0.1, if it's ok, PD's error will disappear.
