[PD] [GEM] video capture

hi kurt + list,

I did a few experiments with an old QuickCam Color USB, and I remeber a
similar error. Couldn't get it to work (win2k, latest pd, latest gem).
The same camera does work in EyesWeb.

Where can I start looking for solutions?
