[PD] asio problem in test 28

Hi Dave,

I'm stumped over this one.  It's conceivable that the ASIO driver wouldn't
support two channel I/O (maybe you have to open more channels?) or perhaps
the driver won't handle input and output simultaneously (so try "-noadc"
and "-nodac" to see if either helps...)
