[PD] pd OSX externals

Dear folks
i was wondering if there are any OSX externals that i may use. I am
particulary interested in the plugin~ and vst~ externals
but i am
1.) not sure if ladpsa will work under OSX
2.) unsure if regular pd externals will compile correctly

I see that there are a few Yves Exts including the wonderful cooled~
but has anyone else developed any others?

any hints would be greatly appreciated
