[PD] install pd & gem with apt-get

pd-debs and src-debs are at http://footils.org/debian (0.35-test29, I still
have to build 0.35-final)

But compiling GEM can be tricky. Although I normally build everything as
Debian packages here, I didn't manage to debianize the new GEM yet...
