[PD] PD MIDI Tutorial

Hi everyone, I'm new to PD and am trying to get my MIDI stuff setup with it.
Unfortunately I'm finding the explanations in the PD help to not be very
clear to me and I am not able to find a tutorial from google or anything.
Does anyone have any links on tutorials (I'm looking for MIDI hook-up, but
anything else is appreciated), or maybe its just something simple. I'm
running on Windows XP w/ GEM in case that matters since I noticed some of
the objects were linux only.
