[PD] mouseposition, buttons

i wanted this too, but relative to the whole screen...
and when we're at it, it seems (atleast on win32) that program thats
"highlighted" has the mouse...
so when wanted to convert mouse to midi with pd and then to use it on
another prog (on same machine) is not possible... was also thinking on using
2mices, 1 for normal use and 1 for PD exclusiv, but i doubt this is possible
