[PD] Local "variable" names question + messages

I think it might be unwise... The "$" meanings in objects and messages are
actually the same; the text is simply interpeted in different contexts.
I explain this sketchily in the "14.dollarsigns.pd" tutorial in
2.control.examples -- but perhaps should belabor it some more...
