Hello Martin,
this is a known problem with older gcc versions. 
You can circumvent it by undefining template optimization:

in main.h, after it says something like

#elif defined(__GNUC__)

comment out the next line, like

// #define TMPLOPT  

Please tell me whether this works for you.
