[PD] featurewish (or is it areaedy there?)

I think it would be nice if all instances of an abstraction would change
when one instance was changed (maybe upon closing its window).  This
would make editing polyphonic instruments less of a hassle - currently
it seems you have to manually reload all instances, either by adding a
space in the box or reloading an abstraction containing them.
