[PD] STK, and Mac OS X Libraries

Hi, Martin.

I put together a list a month or so ago:

I haven't updated the list since then, but it's a start. I've also done
some work to enable some things (OSC, flext, zexy) to compile and run on
the Mac, but I haven't cleaned them up for release (probably into CVS) yet.
