[PD] saving patch values

Hi,

Well, it is not fully true that the state external only saves gui objects
from ggee. It also saves number boxes from pd.

There are not too many GUI objects in pd that have not been in ggee
before, so you can just use the ggee GUIs in those patches that you
want to save.
