[PD] writesf~ and sample rate

I think hip~, bp~, and lop~ are OK (they do contain the string "44100"
but it gets overwritten before they actually grind out samples). The
writesf~ problem is that, whatever the sample rate, the soundfile itself
incorrectly gets stamped with 44100. I need to fix that...
