[PD] pianoroll: invalid command name

when putting a pianoroll inside a subpach, i get 

invalid command name ".x80ed270.c"

on the console each time i step through it.
there is no warning when the subpatch is open.

despite of the warning message everything appears to work fine,
i am just wondering,

i have pd 0.36 on a fresh debian woody installation,
and pianoroll 0.7
