[PD] newbie newbie question about fiddle

hi. i am completely new to pd, and trying to get fiddle into part of my
thesis. just wonder how fiddle could be actually run? the only thing i
could guess is to load the help-fiddle~ in extra folder. but it seems it
only output one frequency in the console screen, and doesn't take any
input from the wav that i am playing in win2000?
