[PD] oss or alsa for hammerfall

There is a native driver in PD for the Hammerfall cards (in Linux). You 
should run 'configure --enable-rme'

I don't think you need a special option to run PD with this driver. Btw, 
I have not tried that driver so I have no idea how good it is.

About OSS/ALSA, I have experienced a siginificant CPU usage drop with 
ALSA compared to OSS with the M-Audio Delta 410 card.
