[PD] .pdrc on OS X

Hi, Miller,

I changed the #ifdefs surrounding the appropriate parts of .pdrc code,
and it works without further modification on MacOSX--there's nothing
inherently "Linux" about the code. I checked this into the CVS
development branch, which I have been distributing as an "enhanced" Pd.
