[PD] .pdrc on OS X

Yes, it's my personal preference. I recognise that others might not
prefer this place, but my reasoning is that:
1) the /usr tree is pretty much reserved for apple-installed binaries.
2) the "complex linux-y" /usr/local/bin and /usr/local/lib tree scatters
the pd-relevant files in too many places
3) /usr/local/pd keeps everything in one place, so if something goes
wrong, you can trash the directory and start again.

Wherever you can get it to run from. :)
But if you plan on continuing to use my installer, it's best left where
it is. (But if you know what you're doing, put it wherever you like!)
Other MacOSX utilities in the future may rely on it being there...
