[PD] inserting commas

Hello list,

How could I insert a comma after the first (or any) element in a list before sending it to a textfile? I'm trying to get a file with lines in the form "n, foo 3 dee 4;". All I can seem to obtain is to append "\," to the index with glue or Append.
