ahh i was wondering why this wasn't a problem for me... but i'm a bit sick
now so i didn't look into it. but maybe this will help you:
add this to your /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://marillat.free.fr/ unstable main
deb http://marillat.free.fr/ stable main
and then run:
apt-get update
apt-get install liblame-dev
pix.
