[PD] pd-iiwu from iiwusynth 0.0.6 to 0.2.1 results in zero output?

Oh that's right - I forgot about that. I have a newer GCC so I should be
able to work with flext now. I'll try yours instead.

maybe I need the IIWU_FLOAT_FORMAT if it's not in the default settings.
