[PD] synthesis

hi,

i've used pd a lot for sample/recording based audio work, and for video, but
i haven't done much in the way of syntheesis.  i've used reaktor for a lot
of synth based work, but i'm interested in moving entirely to free, and more
flexable, software.  i'm just wondering if anybody has built any synth
patches in pd and what kinds of synthesis you have used.
