[PD] problems with latest s_linux.c from cvs

o.k. that did the trick. It works now (after I installed libjack;
without it it wouldn't compile even with --disable-jack given to configure).

There are two missing directories ("obj" and "bin") make complains
about after checking out pd devel_0_36 with cvs. After creating them
manually it worked.
