[PD] translate a patch max/msp to PD

I was thinking, this would be the perfect place for a sed, awk, or perl
script. Has anyone tried to write a script to convert Max/MSP patches
to Pd, or vice-versa? It would be a great resource, especially if it
was developed into a substantial program.
