[PD] feature request (disabled-objects)

1. wrong objectbox arguments (error in object creation) should result in
an objectbox being drawn using a dotted or dashed contour. externals
should be able to say "this object can't be constructed properly"

2. changing an objectbox's arguments to something wrong should not delete
its connections to other objects. maybe those connections could be dotted
or dashed in turn, but it's also good to leave them as-is.



Rationale:

* Would allow one to look a patch even without having the
abstractions/externals required to make it run.

* May make it easier to correct mistakes (though that's less of an issue
since undo/redo is there)
