[PD] ggee serialctl

Günter,
Im using redhat 7.3, gcc 2.96, ggee from CVS take yesterday.
gonna try on my gentoo system soon and let you know.
i could comment 174, but its not the only token that spews errors. all of
them do.
I tried looking around the termios.h and other headers, but couldnt find
an answer.
