[PD] PD 0.36-0 and Jack 0.61.0 doesn't work?

Oops, sorry.
Just realized that the jack connection is setup before loading the
libraries, so that can not be the problem.
I am currently haveing problems too, using jack 0.51.0 from debian

its really strange,
