[PD] linux newbie compiling

hi!
try removing src/config.cache before configure+compile.
this file contains old configure-results and might lead to wrong 
compiling options, if you changed your tcl-verion inbetween.
i remember compiling pd on a suse8.2+tcl8.4 a few weeks ago, and it was 
not too hard (but i don't remember all the details - sorry)
