Subject: [PD] real-time support information

Hello!

I'm new in this forum, and not very experienced with pdata. I don't know if
this is possible, but I would like to get some information on how the
real-time operation is implemented in pdata. I'm involved in a project for
the University of Oporto Mostly, and my task is to add real-time support to
an event-driven multimedia application that is currently operating in a
best-effort phylosophy. I'd like to know something about the following
issues:
- Data transport mechanism
- Synchronization and temporization
- Delay handling

any information would be appreciated

Thank you

Luis
