bug #1: jpeg decoding fails

solution: in format/jpeg.c find the line that says "rewind_if_needed"
and replace the whole line by:

	if (feof(f)) return Qfalse;

bug #2: the jmax plugin doesn't install in the proper place (e.g. instant
crash on startup, or cannot load, etc.; look for gridflow.so installed in
/opt/lib/jmax instead of /usr/lib/jmax)

solution: in bundled/jmax/Makefiles/Makefile.linux replace the /opt by a
/usr
